General terms and conditions for models

Privacy
Galucci Int. Model & Casting Agency respects the privacy and personal data of its models and ensures that these remain strictly confidential. All data collected from models by Galucci Int. Model & Casting Agency will be kept strictly confidential and will not be lent, rented, sold, or made public in any way. The information provided by models to Galucci Int. Model & Casting Agency will be treated with the greatest possible care.

Management
As Galucci Int. Model & Casting Agency is happy to take that extra step for its member database, Galucci Int. Model & Casting Agency fulfils a coaching and advisory function for its models. However, this is limited to processes that occur within the member base.

Relationship management
It goes without saying that the undersigned must ensure that the relationship between Galucci Int. Model & Casting Agency and its clients remains intact. Without the prior written consent of Galucci Int. Model & Casting Agency, the undersigned is therefore prohibited during the registration period from accepting, directly or indirectly, bookings from a client for which the undersigned has carried out work via Galucci Int. Model & Casting Agency or from carrying out work at their own expense, paid or unpaid or otherwise directly or indirectly for the benefit of a client.
Should this occur, both the client and the model owe Galucci Int. Model & Casting Agency at least the amount that should have been paid if the agreement was concluded through Galucci Int. Model & Casting Agency.

Precautionary measures
Involved individuals, individuals employed by the client, and Galucci Int. Model & Casting Agency’s models are obliged to take out liability insurance and healthcare insurance during agreed work.

Attendance requirement
Models are aware that attending agreed bookings is a business matter that comes with obligations. Galucci Int. Model & Casting Agency will have to find a replacement if a model fails to attend. Due to the extra efforts and time pressure that this would necessitate, Galucci Int. Model & Casting Agency emphasizes that the attendance requirement is only waived when strictly necessary.

Liability
Galucci Int. Model & Casting Agency’s models indemnify Galucci Int. Model & Casting Agency against all liability resulting from the agreement that semi-governmental organizations as well as the Dutch Tax and Customs Administration may endeavour to recover from Galucci Int. Model & Casting Agency resulting from ongoing or completed assignments.
Galucci Int. Model & Casting Agency is NOT liable to models, clients, or any third parties for any accidents that result in the permanent disability or death of a model en route to, returning from, or at the location as a result of the agreed work.
